FreshDesk - How it works
HOW IT WORKS (FreshDesk integration)
- Once Freshdesk configuration is done; FreshEngage will process your all new FresdDesk tickets. To know more about configuration, please visit http://freshengage.iengage.io/instructions .
- In FreshEngage installation parameter "Auto process all tickets through FreshEngage " select as a "Yes". If it is Yes then FreshEngage will process all new tickets through below channels (Ticket Source) & update ticket properties (Type, Tags, Priority):
1) Email
2) Portal
3) Phone
4) Chat
5) Feedback Widget
6) MobiHelp
7) Outbound Email
